Advanced Building Maintenance is seeking a Janitor Med for full-time, hourly work in medical and healthcare facilities. You will perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance in common areas, offices, and restrooms, following established procedures and safety protocols.

The role supports facility cleanliness, workplace safety, and a positive patient experience. We value attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Formación

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to lift and stand for extended periods as required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting.
• Disinfect and sanitize high-touch surfaces throughout facilities.
• Empty trash, replenish supplies, and maintain restrooms.
• Monitor inventory and report needs to supervisors.
• Set up and clean meeting rooms and event spaces as needed.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE and SDS as required.
