Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation procedures.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain established cleanliness and quality standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in common areas, waiting rooms, hallways, offices, and restrooms.
• Clean, disinfect, and sanitize high-touch surfaces and ensure safe environments.
• Collect and dispose of trash per procedures and safety guidelines.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when replenishment is needed.
• Set up, clean, and restore meeting rooms and event spaces as assigned.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to supervisors.
• Follow all safety policies, PPE use, SDS, and infection prevention procedures.
• Perform other job-related tasks as reasonably requested.
