Qualifications

• High School Diploma or relevant custodial experience.
• Two years of custodial experience that will enable the incumbent to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
• A valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• General Cleaning of all areas and surfaces
• Assist with Set up & Tear down for special events
• Maintain Custodial Areas
• Snow removal from entrances, steps & sidewalks within 15 feet of a building using shovel/snow blower & dispersing salt. This task occurs generally within 15 feet but is unique for each building.
