Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetician in New York State with valid license.
• Laser certification preferred or obtainable with us.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on laser hair removal experience.
• Proficiency in at least 2 other aesthetic treatment modalities.
• Strong knowledge of skin physiology, contraindications, and laser safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal using FDA-approved devices with attention to safety and patient comfort.
• Provide a range of medical aesthetic treatments: chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, IPL photofacials, skin tightening.
• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and skincare regimens.
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and infection control standards.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure compliance with medical protocols and state regulations.
• Participate in marketing, patient education, and service growth initiatives.
