AYA Med Spa in Dallas seeks an experienced Laser Aesthetician with 3+ years in cosmetic skincare. You will perform laser treatments, facials, peels and skin resurfacing, while consulting clients on products and aftercare. The role emphasizes a collaborative, patient-centered approach and continued education in advanced technologies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Aesthetician program.
• Experience in a medical office or med spa preferred.
• Experience with laser hair removal, skin resurfacing, peels and facials is preferred.
• Experience advising on skincare products and brands.
• Willing to work weekends; strong patient communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide elective cosmetic care with non-invasive medical-grade procedures.
• Take medical histories, perform exams, and plan treatments within scope.
• Build client base and manage treatment administration.
• Consult patients on skincare products and aftercare.

Job Summary

Responsible for providing elective care for cosmetic complaints that can be reasonably treated with non-invasive medical grade procedures. Duties include taking medical histories, performing examinations, developing a treatment plan within scope of practice for cosmetic patients, establishing a client base and treatment administration.

Education & Experience

• Graduate of accredited Aesthetician program
• Experience working in a medical office or med spa preferred
• Experience administering microdermabrasion, laser hair removal, laser skin resurfacing, chemical peels, and facials preferred
• Experience advising and using skincare products including Revision®, Obagi®, SkinMedica, etc.
• Experience operating Ulthera®, Coolsculpting, Sciton® and Candela machines (minimum 3 years)
