Job summary

VITAS HME Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee daily warehouse activities, equipment and medical supplies handling, and route planning. You will train staff, manage maintenance, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school level reading and math skills required.
• At least three years related experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Educate and train warehouse tech/MST on their duties.
• Maintain equipment and supply inventory; submit orders as needed.
• Maintain Oxygen Cylinder tracking logs and ensure staff training.
• Review monthly cleaning and pest control schedules with staff.
• Perform daily maintenance scheduling and ensure safety compliance.
• Oversee vehicle operations, inspections, and fleet maintenance.
