Job summary

Ethos Therapy Solutions in Arlington, TX is seeking a Medical Equipment Technician to deliver, remove, service, and maintain durable medical equipment in patient homes and healthcare facilities. Daily travel is required; the service area may extend 250+ miles.

The role involves scheduling deliveries/removals, maintaining records, and demonstrating equipment to customers. On-call rotation and adherence to safety policies are required; a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license with 3+

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license with minimum 3 years driving experience.
• Customer support/service experience preferred.
• Proficient with standard technology devices and apps (mobile phones, tablets, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Schedules and completes deliveries and removals of medical equipment in patient homes and healthcare facilities.
• Keeps accurate records of delivery, pick-up, maintenance and repair activities.
• Demonstrates and explains general operation and proper use of medical equipment to patient/customer.
• Works on-call rotation.
• Responsible for all general warehouse and fleet vehicle upkeep.
• Adheres to all company safety and compliance policies.
