Job summary

Ethos Therapy Solutions is looking for a Medical Equipment Technician to manage delivery, setup, and maintenance of durable medical equipment in patient homes and healthcare facilities. The role requires daily travel with a company vehicle and extended service area.

You will demonstrate equipment operation, maintain accurate records, and participate in on-call rotations while ensuring safety and compliance across the fleet and warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years driving experience.
• Customer support experience and tech-savvy with devices.
• Preferred: technical or trade training or medical device experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and completes deliveries and removals of medical equipment in patient homes and healthcare facilities.
• Keeps accurate records of delivery, pickup, maintenance and repair activities.
• Demonstrates and explains general operation and proper use of medical equipment to patient/customer.
• Works on-call rotation.
• Responsible for all general warehouse and fleet vehicle upkeep.

The job requires daily travel using a company vehicle.
