Job summary

Talentify is seeking a CPAP/RAD Technician to set up CPAPs, assist with RADs, and manage supplies for patients in their homes and center locations. You will ensure documentation is completed, maintain equipment and assist with insurance verifications and order processing.

The role requires good communication, computer literacy, and adherence to safety policies. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required; position includes on-call duties and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Computer-literate; able to read and interpret instructions and convey them to patients.

Responsibilities

• Performs CPAP/RAD setups in a timely and professional manner.
• May also perform setup of oxygen equipment and other DME in patients' homes, and complete required documentation.
• Cleans rental equipment when returned; maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse/storage area.
• Monitors CPAP/RAD Compliance and follows up with non-compliant patients.
• Receives and responds to patient requests for CPAP/RAD supplies, including insurance verification and arranging shipping.
• Monitors mdINR Compliance and follows up with non-compliant patients.
• Manage the center's oximetry process.
• Follow Safety & Regulatory Manual policies including OSHA and Emergency Planning.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities; frequency depends on center size.
• Represent the company through professional appearance and patient care.
• Backup to other employees during vacation or illness.
• Requires use of personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Salary offered: $15.10–$20.00 per hour.

Description

This employee will set up CPAPs, Respiratory Assist Devices (RADs), maintain CPAP/RAD Compliance, manage CPAP/RAD supplies/inquiries/orders, call mdINR missed appointments, manage Oximetry process, and complete all other tasks assigned/related to the functionality of the center.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs CPAP/RAD setups in a timely and professional manner
  • May also perform setup of oxygen equipment and other DME in patients' homes as well
  • This includes completion of all required documentation, instructs patient on the safe and proper use of equipment
• Cleans rental equipment when returned to the center, in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse/storage area
• Monitors CPAP/RAD Compliance report and follows up with non-compliant patients
• Receives and responds to patient requests for CPAP/RAD supplies, including insurance verification, confirmation of the specific supplies needed, and arranging for them to be shipped to the patient
• Monitors mdINR Compliance report and follows up with non-compliant patients
• Manage the center's oximetry process
• Follows applicable policies and procedures of the company, including those in the Safety & Regulatory Manual including but not limited to General Safety, OSHA, and Emergency Planning
• Responsible for participating in on-call responsibilities for the center
  • The frequency of participation will depend on the size of the center and the number of employees sharing the responsibility
• Represents the company through professional personal appearance, patient care activities
• May serve as a backup to other employees for vacation, illness, or other periods of absenteeism
• Requires use of personal vehicle and a valid driver's license
• Offering $15.10 - $20.00 per hour
