Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking an Equipment Inventory Coordinator to manage the intake, tagging, delivery, return, and maintenance of rental medical equipment within consolidated service centers. The role encompasses administrative duties for equipment paperwork, plus monitoring and coordinating preventive maintenance and facility utilization.

You will supervise the receiving, delivery, and return processes, review CERs for rental fleet, and ensure accurate documentation and timely invoicing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior equipment management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, delivery, and return of rental medical equipment.
• Review and manage all paperwork for equipment, including entry/exit forms and invoices.
• Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance and monitor equipment location and utilization.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely return of equipment.
• Audit monthly rental reports and report discrepancies to SCD or designee.
• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of equipment for outgoing requests.
