Job Title: Medical Equipment Handler (Warwick, NY)

Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding customer experience and quickly acquire technical expertise.
• Identify and resolve customer issues, coordinating with site service personnel as appropriate.
• Manage customer relationships through technical knowledge to inspect, ship, and maintain low‑risk biomedical equipment at customer sites; generate service revenue and adhere to state and federal regulatory requirements.
• Work a 8 AM–4 PM Monday‑Friday shift with potential for overtime on weekends and be flexible according to business needs.
• Attend factory training classes and apply lessons learned through on‑the‑job training and experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work onsite in Warwick, NY.
• High school graduate or vocational certification in electronics, biomedical equipment servicing/engineering, or equivalent education and experience in the electronics industry.
• Preferred experience with biomedical equipment or administrative background in a healthcare/medical setting.
• May require travel to customer sites, zone office, or meeting locations; occasional overnight stays and travel by air or train may be required.
• Ability to understand and utilize technical vocabulary to perform tasks according to verbal or written instructions.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, self‑discipline, and autonomy to work independently in a high‑pressure environment.
• Physically, cognitively, and environmentally capable of performing the job requirements with or without accommodation.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly pay range in NY: $23.42 – $37.48 plus overtime eligible. Additional incentives include an annual incentive bonus plan, on‑call pay, training, and advancement opportunities. Base pay may vary within the posted range based on skills, experience, business needs, location, and equity. Benefits include generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA with company contribution, stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and more.

Additional Information
