Qualifications

• HSD (or equivalent) and 2+ years of experience troubleshooting using basic electronic test equipment.
• Must be able to read, understand and follow detailed procedures.
• Proven ability to meet workmanship standards relative to soldering techniques and to train technicians.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose malfunctions, perform tests, and follow technical manuals to ensure proper functioning of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and replace faulty materials in electro-mechanical medical devices.
• Communicate repairs in customer letters and provide basic technical support by phone.
• Document test results and maintain device history in approved systems.
