Health System Services Ltd. is seeking a Medical Delivery Technician in Jamestown, NY. You will deliver, install, and troubleshoot durable medical equipment (DME) and provide excellent patient service throughout every interaction.

The role requires a valid state driver’s license, a high school diploma, and 1 year of delivery or customer service experience. You will operate a company vehicle and ensure proper equipment handling and safety.

• Delivery, installation, and troubleshooting of Durable Medical Equipment (DME).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and install Durable Medical Equipment (DME) in a safe and timely manner.
• Provide delivery, pick up, and maintenance of home medical equipment and supplies.
• Safely operate and maintain company vehicle; educate patients and caregivers on equipment use.
• Complete paperwork, logs, and inventory accurately; organize equipment per policy.
