Health System Services Ltd. is seeking a Medical Delivery Technician in Jamestown, NY. You will deliver, install, and troubleshoot durable medical equipment (DME) and ensure a positive experience for patients from start to finish.

You will educate patients and caregivers, maintain company vehicles, and perform light repairs while adhering to safety standards. Strong customer service and a clean driving record are required.

Formación

• Valid state-issued driver's license in the state where the employee works, required.
• 1 year of delivery and/or customer service, strongly preferred.
• Candidates should possess a safe driving history and will be required to complete a background screening as part of the hiring process.
• Must be 21 years of age to meet the coverage requirements of the company’s auto insurance.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry equipment of varying weights.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and install Durable Medical Equipment (DME) in a safe and timely manner.
• Provide delivery, pick up, and maintenance of all types of home medical equipment and medical supplies.
• Safely operate, organize, and maintain a company-owned vehicle.
• Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on proper and safe use of equipment.
• Perform minor repair and equipment troubleshooting.
• Complete paperwork, trip logs, and van inventory checklist accurately.
• Organize and maintain equipment according to company policies.
• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying of equipment of varying weights.
• Navigate different sized areas to deliver and install equipment.
• Pick up equipment and bring equipment back for sanitation.

About the Position

As a Medical Delivery Technician, you’ll play an important role in helping patients receive the equipment and support they need. You’ll be responsible for delivering, setting up, picking up, and troubleshooting Durable Medical Equipment (DME) while providing a positive experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver and install Durable Medical Equipment (DME) in a safe and timely manner.
• Provides delivery, pick up, and maintenance of all types of home medical equipment and medical supplies.

What We'r Looking For:

Compensation:

• $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, dependent on experience
