Job summary

Agiliti in Iowa City is seeking a Customer Service Technician I to support healthcare facilities by delivering medical equipment and managing inventory.

You will interact with customers, educate them on equipment usage, and ensure proper documentation for billing and compliance. This role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and willingness to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Have customer service experience; hospital setting experience is helpful.
• Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers and return equipment to the office.
• Educate customers on features and functionality during delivery.
• Complete paperwork and data entry accurately for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
