The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, customer service experience, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds; evening/weekend availability and a 24/7 mindset are needed.

Competenze

• Must be 21 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Customer service experience; hospital setting helpful.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; 24/7 support.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds; stand and walk for long periods.

Mansioni

• Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers; retrieve equipment from locations and return to office.
• Engage customers at delivery, explaining features and functionality of equipment.
• Complete paperwork and data entry accurately for billing, inventory, and compliance.
