Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves handling all tasks and communication related to patient information intake concerning durable medical equipment and respiratory products, coordinating with patients, clients, co-workers, and referral sources to ensure quality patient services and third-party reimbursement.
