MPE Manufacturing is seeking an Electrical Assembler for its Milwaukee, WI cleanroom. You will perform electrical assembly and sub-assembly in a climate- and particulate-controlled area, following ESD and ISO Class 5 requirements.

The role emphasizes precision, safety, and teamwork. With 1+ year of electrical assembly experience, you will read mechanical drawings, use hand and power tools, and contribute to both electrical and mechanical final assembly.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of electrical assembly experience.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Soldering experience and solder inspection.
• Comfort with precision torque tools.
• Adherence to 6S and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components and sub-assemblies in a controlled environment.
• Follow ESD, ISO Class 5 cleanroom practices, and PPE rules.
• Verify parts and assist peers to meet quality benchmarks.
• Troubleshoot equipment to maintain flow and quality.
• Support final assembly as needed.
