Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in a healthcare setting.
• Preferred: 7 years' relevant experience in a healthcare or university setting.

Responsibilities

• Reporting Structure - Direct Reports: 5 Program Coordinators, Anesthesia, Internal Medicine, Radiology, Rural Family Medicine, Rural Psychiatry, One Librarian.
• Provides staff with resources, training, and professional development opportunities to support their success in managing programs, rotations, and clinical sites.
• Oversee staffing processes, including recruitment, hiring, reappointments, promotions, demotions, and terminations.
• Supports compliance with accreditation standards and coordinates liaison activities with QU SOM and DIOs to maintain program accreditation.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and required training for residents, fellows, program staff, and institutional leaders to ensure smooth transitions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration and/or Healthcare Policy
