Job summary

AdventHealth in Florida seeks a high-level academic administrator to oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of medical education programs. You will collaborate with program directors to meet objectives, drive quality improvement, and support faculty development to enhance teaching and student outcomes.

The role requires leadership of the GME agenda, responsibility for regulatory compliance, and active involvement in accreditation processes while ensuring efficient resource

Qualifications

• Doctorate-level education administration experience required.
• Experience as a DIO or GME program director or equivalent.
• Experience in undergraduate medical education administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversees development, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs.
• Leads faculty/staff development and mentoring initiatives.
• Serves as Vice Chair of the GME Committee and Chair of the Institutional Review Subcommittee.
• Ensures accreditation compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Manages budgeting, staffing, and tech support for educational programs.
