Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or DO with ABMS or equivalent AOA Board Certification.
• Active medical licensure.
• Minimum three years of clinical experience and leadership in quality improvement within clinical settings.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall site leadership for Graduate Medical Education and Undergraduate Medical Education programs.
• Oversee recruitment for Program Directors, Associate Program Directors, academic faculty, and program administrators.
• Chair the hospital GMEC and ensure alignment with enterprise policies.
