Job summary

MedSpeed is hiring a Medical Driver for a part-time role in Rochester, MN. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:30am-6pm, with a long-distance route through Southeast Minnesota. The job involves transporting lab specimens, medical records and supplies in a company vehicle.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license for 3 years, and strong customer service skills. Training is provided and a full benefits package is offered where available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant driving experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a company vehicle to transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals and related materials.
• Load and unload items with appropriate equipment.
• Operate a handheld scanner to track items throughout the transportation cycle.
• Observe policies, procedures and service schedules and demonstrate safe driving.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain a clean vehicle.
• Collaborate with teammates and clients to support operations.
