Job summary

MedSpeed is seeking a part-time Medical Driver/LSR in Albert Lea, MN to safely transport lab specimens, medical records and supplies. The role involves driving a company vehicle, loading/unloading, and using a handheld scanner while adhering to schedules and safety policies.

We offer a structured training program, opportunities for advancement, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO. Weekend shifts include a differential and consistent hours are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Active driver's license for at least 3 years and clean driving history.
• Ability to pass initial and random drug and alcohol screens.
• Familiarity with basic technology and scanning devices.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and transport lab specimens, medical records and supplies in a company vehicle.
• Load/unload materials and operate a handheld scanner to track items.
• Observe service schedules and maintain a clean, orderly vehicle.
• Demonstrate teamwork and adapt to client needs during deliveries.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service during interactions.
