Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States seeks an experienced Medical Dosimetrist to develop external beam plans (IMRT/VMAT/SBRT) and optimize safety. You will perform image registration, contouring, and planning calculations using CT, PET, MRI, and 4D CT imaging, collaborating with oncologists, physicists, and therapists.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; JRCERT-accredited dosimetry program; MDCB certification or eligibility; and 5+ years of clinical dosimetry experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a JRCERT accredited school for Medical Dosimetry.
• Board certified (MDCB) or board eligible by the Medical Dosimetry Certification Board.
• Experienced dosimetrists with 5+ years of clinical experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Recent graduates meeting certification requirements are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of radiation physics, radiation therapy, treatment planning, and dosimetric principles.
