Medical Documentation Translator (Spanish) – TEMP

Location: 100% Remote

Compensation: $30–$35/hour (depending on experience)

Type: Temporary, ad-hoc, as needed hours

About The Opportunity

Cohere Health is seeking a certified Spanish translator with ATA certification and a strong background in healthcare or medical terminology. This is a flexible, remote, temporary position supporting our Medical Writing team with the translation of prior authorization letters from English to Spanish.

This role is perfect for someone who may have other freelance or part-time work but is able to quickly turn around assignments as needed. The volume of work will fluctuate based on demand and may extend through the end of the year.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate prior authorization letters from English to Spanish with a high level of accuracy and sensitivity to medical terminology.
• Collaborate with medical writers to maintain consistency in language and templates.
• Deliver translations on short turnaround timelines.
