Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required. The role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge trademark issues for name-brand clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing U.S. and international trademark portfolios, including clearance, prosecution, and investigations. Spanish language skills, both written and spoken, are essential. Experience with entertainment companies is a plus. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing, critical thinking skills, and be highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
