Job summary

Prolific is seeking licensed Medical Doctors to help train and evaluate AI models. You will review AI-generated clinical scenarios, rate accuracy and safety, and contribute to building safer AI systems while earning per hour.

Applicants must hold an active medical license, have recent clinical experience, and be able to work on tasks that may take about an hour. This is a remote, contractor role with earnings reported by PayPal and test-based onboarding.

Qualifications

• Active medical license/registration in good standing
• Recent clinical experience and ability to evaluate clinical reasoning
• Willingness to complete a short skills/eligibility screener to join the Domain Expert pool
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus for up to one hour
• Reliable, fast internet connection and access to a computer
• Willingness to self-declare earnings as a self-employed contractor
• PayPal account to receive payments

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses to clinical scenarios and rate for accuracy, safety, and reasoning quality
• Compare model answers and justify the best response
• Write improved exemplars, rationales or feedback to help models learn where they fall short
