Prolific is seeking Medical Doctors in the United States to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. If selected, you’ll complete a quick skills screener and join the Domain Expert pool, getting paid to train and evaluate models.

Researchers tend to pay $80-$150/hr per AI task completed, with one-hour tasks common. You must be prepared to work remotely with flexible hours and reliable internet access.

Qualifications

• Verified status as a medical doctor (license/registration in good standing; board certification or equivalent).
• Recent clinical experience and comfort evaluating clinical reasoning and decision-making.
• Willingness to complete a skills/eligibility screener to join the Domain Expert pool.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on complex tasks for up to one hour.
• Reliable, fast internet connection and access to a computer.
• Willingness to self-declare earnings (participants are self-employed).
• A PayPal account to receive payments from clients.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses to clinical scenarios and rate them for accuracy, clinical appropriateness, safety, and reasoning quality.
• Compare multiple model answers and select/justify the best response.
• Write improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help models learn where they fall short.
