MD or Nurse Practitioner – Patient Success Coach (Remote, Part-Time)

Location: Remote (Must be licensed in California)

Job Type: Part-Time (5–8 hours/week, 1 day/week)

Compensation: MD: $150/hr | NP: $95/hr

About the Role

Dr. Andres Zuleta is seeking a passionate MD or Nurse Practitioner with a background in fitness, functional medicine, and integrative care to join his concierge-style practice as a Patient Success Coach. This remote, part-time role is perfect for a provider who values meaningful connections and wants to guide patients through personalized wellness journeys.

We’re looking for someone who truly walks the talk — someone who lives a healthy lifestyle, values fitness, and can authentically connect with patients on their wellness journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct virtual patient consultations and follow-ups

- Serve as a Patient Success Coach, helping patients navigate personalized health plans

- Apply functional and integrative medicine principles to support long-term wellness

- Collaborate with Dr. Zuleta to enhance patient outcomes and lifestyle strategies

- Educate, encourage, and motivate patients to meet their health goals

- Record video content and educational segments for patients as needed

- Lead virtual and, on occasion, in-person group visits or wellness sessionsWho You Are
