Post Acute Medical Services (PAMS) is expanding its physician network in the South Shore Massachusetts area. We provide post-acute and rehab medical services in nursing facilities, with physicians guiding care and delivering comfort-focused treatment.

The role involves caring for long-term and skilled patients, diagnosing and coordinating care with an APP, mainly Monday to Friday. Requires 1+ year(s) experience and EHR proficiency; strong attention to detail and learning mindset are essential.

Qualifications

About the role:

To take care of patients in the nursing home setting. Long-term care and skilled patients. Working with an APP, diagnosing, treating, and coordinating the care of these patients. We are looking for a highly motivated and caring provider who\'s passionate about delivering the highest level of care possible for their patients. The coverage is mainly Monday- Friday position.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of professional experience
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) software
• Ability to learn/stay up to date on relevant practices
• Critical thinking is needed when issues or concerns arise with patients and families of patients
• Detail-oriented, organized, and with a high degree of accuracy

Preferred qualifications:

• Post acute care/ skilled nursing facility experience
