Job summary

Post Acute Medical Services invites Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our Massachusetts network. We support advanced practice providers delivering care in nursing facilities, focusing on long-term and skilled patients under MD guidance.

This is a full-time role emphasizing compassionate clinical attention, collaboration with physicians, and a balanced work-life through a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional clinical experience.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Ability to learn and stay updated on best practices.
• Strong critical thinking when issues arise with patients and families.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, accurate in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in nursing home and long-term care settings.
• Diagnose, treat, and coordinate patient care in collaboration with physicians.
• Work primarily Monday–Friday in a full-time role.

About the role:

To take care of patients in the nursing home setting. Long-term care and skilled patients. Working with an MD, diagnosing, treating, and coordinating the care of these patients. We are looking for a full-time, highly motivated and caring provider who's passionate about delivering the highest level of care possible for their patients. The coverage is mainly Monday- Friday position.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of professional experience
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) software
• Ability to learn/stay up to date on relevant practices
• Critical thinking is needed when issues or concerns arise with patients and families of patients
• Detail-oriented, organized, and with a high degree of accuracy

Preferred qualifications:

• Post acute care/ skilled nursing facility experience
