Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary heart team meetings and case selection conferences.
• Establish and monitor quality metrics and clinical outcomes with data collection and registry submissions.
• Recruit and retain specialized structural heart team members and provide leadership and training for staff.
• Develop strategic plans for program growth, expand referral networks, and collaborate with marketing for outreach.
• Partner with the Heart and Vascular Institute and hospital leadership to align program goals.
