• Recruit and retain specialized structural heart team members and provide leadership and training.
• Develop strategic plans for program growth and expand referral networks with marketing collaboration.
• Partner with Northwell’s Cardiovascular Institute and hospital administration.
• Promote and enhance academic mission including training, education, and research.
