Telos Health Systems is seeking a Medical Director & Skilled Nursing Facility Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to provide on-site primary care to skilled nursing residents while leading clinical operations across Memphis and Collierville, TN.

The role includes fully funded CMD training, strong NP/PA support, and uncapped RVU earning potential with a $35/WRVU rate and a $3,500–$3,000/month Medical Director stipend.

Formación

• MD or DO degree and board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Emergency Medicine.
• Active DEA license and Tennessee medical licensure or ability to obtain.
• Interest in post-acute care, leadership, and community-based medicine.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site primary care to skilled nursing facility residents while serving as Medical Director.
• Lead clinical operations, supervise NP/PA clinicians, and participate in CMD training.
• Support QAPI, regulatory compliance, and survey readiness.
