The role includes CMD training, leadership responsibilities, and collaboration with NPs/PAs to maintain high-quality post-acute care.

• Active Tennessee medical license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site primary care to skilled nursing facility residents.
• Serve as Medical Director for assigned facilities and participate in CMD training.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and facility leadership; supervise NP/PA clinicians.
• Support QA & PI initiatives and regulatory compliance; participate in after-hours telehealth care.
