The successful candidate will oversee clinical protocols, guide case management, and drive continuous improvement while fostering a collaborative team culture and strong client communication.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD or equivalent degree.
• Active veterinary license or eligibility for licensure.
• DEA registration or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and preventive care.
• Establish and maintain clinical standards and best practices.
• Mentor and support associate veterinarians through coaching and case collaboration.
