MCCN-13: Chief Medical Officer Opportunity

Join the So Cal Community Health System, overseeing 20 clinics throughout Southern California. The Chief Medical Officer will provide oversight and medical expertise in implementing the Medical Management Program, promoting organizational goals, and ensuring the delivery of quality healthcare services.

Responsibilities include:

1. Clinical care: 40% to 50% of time
2. Administrative and supervisory duties: 50% to 60% of time
3. Implementing new clinic operating processes and systems to improve efficiency
4. Knowledge of and experience with EHR or related automated systems is a plus
5. Recruiting, hiring, training, counseling, and evaluating technical and professional staff involved in clinical services, including Quality Management and Utilization

Minimum qualifications:

• At least 3.5 years of experience in a clinical and leadership role within a community-based clinic environment with multiple sites
• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary range: $300K to $375K depending on experience
