Medical Director:

• Primary Care Medical Director
  • MD or DO Preferred - FP or IM
• Relocation, Sign-On, and Retention Bonuses
• Direct Patient Care/Integrative Team Approach
  • 3 NPs & 1 Physician
  • Primary/Dedicated MA
  • Specialty Providers rotate through as needed
• Bread and Butter Primary Care
  • 1 Full Dedicated Day of Admin
  • 4 days of Clinic: Average 14 patients per day
• Youth and Family Guidance Center/Behavioral Health Clinic
• MUST Provide Culturally Appropriate Care
• M-F, 7:00AM - 4:30PM, No Nights or Weekends
• Monthly Call Rotation: Triaged by Nursing
• 42 Paid Days Off Per Year
