Facility:
Walk-in clinic with experienced clinicians treating a wide range of injuries and illnesses, including sprains, broken bones, coughs, colds, and flu. Our team includes board-certified doctors, licensed physical therapists, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, physician assistants, and other medical professionals.
Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Hours: Monday-Friday; 8A-5P (No nights, call, or weekends)
- This center-based position provides direct patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experience.
- Provides leadership in healthcare management to ensure the day-to-day execution of the medical model, collaborating with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case closure.
- Manages clinicians and support staff, complying with APC supervisory requirements.
- Creates a professional and collaborative working environment.
- Works with leaders to identify and implement changes to ensure continuous medical clinic improvement.
- Maintains relationships with center clients and payers.
- Works with medical clinic leadership to manage clinical and support staffing levels.
- Promotes, cultivates, and exemplifies Concentra values for all clinic colleagues.
- Fosters an environment of collaboration, professionalism, patient/colleague safety, quality care, continuous improvement, and recognition.
- Possesses financial awareness and provides input to the clinic budget and key business metrics.
- Qualifies for the federal school loan forgiveness program.
