Location:

Harrisburg is the capital city of Pennsylvania, situated on the east bank of the Susquehanna River, approximately 105 miles west of Philadelphia.

Facility:

Walk-in clinic with experienced clinicians treating a wide range of injuries and illnesses, including sprains, broken bones, coughs, colds, and flu. Our team includes board-certified doctors, licensed physical therapists, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, physician assistants, and other medical professionals.

Opportunity:
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Hours: Monday-Friday; 8A-5P (No nights, call, or weekends)
  • This center-based position provides direct patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experience.
  • Provides leadership in healthcare management to ensure the day-to-day execution of the medical model, collaborating with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case closure.
  • Manages clinicians and support staff, complying with APC supervisory requirements.
  • Creates a professional and collaborative working environment.
  • Works with leaders to identify and implement changes to ensure continuous medical clinic improvement.
  • Maintains relationships with center clients and payers.
  • Works with medical clinic leadership to manage clinical and support staffing levels.
  • Promotes, cultivates, and exemplifies Concentra values for all clinic colleagues.
  • Fosters an environment of collaboration, professionalism, patient/colleague safety, quality care, continuous improvement, and recognition.
  • Possesses financial awareness and provides input to the clinic budget and key business metrics.
  • Qualifies for the federal school loan forgiveness program.
Compensation:
