Facility:
Walk-in clinic offering occupational health for over 35 years. Services include occupational health, urgent care, physical therapy, and general health services. The clinical team comprises board-certified medical doctors, certified physical therapists, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, physician assistants, and other clinical experts.
Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Hours: Monday-Friday; 8AM-5PM (No nights, calls, or weekends)
- Provide direct patient care in a center environment, leading by example and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
- Collaborate with therapists and specialists to drive clinical outcomes and case closures.
- Monitor clinical center metrics related to quality outcomes, including Practice Indicators, COP, GRV, LOS, TAT, and others.
- Manage clinicians and support staff, ensuring compliance with supervisory requirements.
- Create a professional, collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
- Work with DMO to identify and implement clinical improvements.
- Utilize clinical systems efficiently for documentation, coding, charge capture, and follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with state practice acts and regulations.
- Enhance patient and client experience metrics.
- Communicate with employers regarding new injuries and clinical changes.
- Participate in CLT meetings to improve quality and safety.
- Maintain relationships with clients and payers, responding within 24 hours.
- Manage staffing levels and proficiency to optimize satisfaction and workflows.
- Promote company values and develop staff within the center.
- Foster collaboration, professionalism, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Understand and contribute to financial metrics to meet business goals.
- Support center initiatives and standard workflows.

Compensation:
- Work hours are typically M-F, 8AM-5PM, with no nights, weekends, or holidays.
