Medical Director, Medical Affairs, Respiratory (COPD)

Regeneron seeks a dedicated Medical Director, Medical Affairs, with a focus on patient care. The successful candidate will develop and execute medical strategies related to Regeneron's respiratory assets, ensuring scientific integrity and accuracy. Deep expertise in Immunology, respiratory diseases, and clinical trials is essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and oversee medical strategies and tactics in the US and internationally, including scientific communications, publications, medical planning, and collaborations.
2. Support design, conduct, oversight, analysis, and reporting of respiratory clinical trials post-approval.
3. Participate in clinical study meetings, data reviews, and coordinate with CRO medical monitors.
4. Manage and disseminate clinical and non-clinical data to support medical strategies and publications.
5. Collaborate within a multifunctional organization, including medical, HEOR, publication, and statistical teams.
6. Build strategic partnerships with clinical experts, societies, advocacy groups, and external stakeholders.
7. Support commercial activities like promotional review, speaker training, and colleague training.

Qualifications:

• MD/DO or equivalent with specialization and experience in adult pulmonology or critical care.
• Minimum 5 years in Immunology Medical Affairs or Clinical Development.
• Experience in clinical trial execution.
• Experience working in alliance settings preferred.
• Ability to lead discussions and communicate complex scientific concepts effectively.
• Strong relationship-building skills with pulmonology experts.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with competing treatment options.

Salary Range:

$280,700 - $379,900 annually.
