Qualifications

• Active Maryland medical license (MD or DO) in good standing.
• DEA licensure.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care or post-acute medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical direction and oversight for a skilled nursing facility.
• Round on and manage a panel of medically complex geriatric residents.
• Ensure quality, regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and attending providers.
