The MedSpa Society in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a physician leader to build a longevity and aesthetic medicine practice from the ground up. Start date negotiable; you will shape protocols, clinical standards and the patient experience.

This role blends clinical practice with governance, team leadership and ownership potential as the practice grows. You will supervise NPs/PAs, set treatment guidelines, ensure safety and compliance, and help recruit and mentor the clinical team.

Qualificações

• MD or DO degree required.
• Active Florida medical license required.
• Board certification in a recognized specialty (internal medicine, family medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery, etc.).
• Willingness to supervise nurse practitioners and physician assistants.

Responsabilidades

• Lead clinical governance, write and maintain protocols and treatment guidelines.
• Supervise NP/PA; ensure compliant supervision agreements.
• Oversee quality, safety, adverse event response and emergency preparedness.
• Manage medication prescribing standards and storage; maintain records.
• Set standards for lab panels, result review and referral pathways.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, HIPAA, licensing).
• Recruit, credential, train and develop the clinical team.
• Evaluate new therapies and devices before adoption; prioritize safety.
