Job summary

Laser Skin & Wellness in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is seeking an experienced Functional Wellness Physician to join our physician-led team and help expand one of South Florida's premier longevity and wellness programs.

This role supports growth of a thriving functional medicine practice within an established aesthetic medical group, with services including hormone optimization, longevity medicine, peptide therapies, medical weight management, preventive care, and metabolic health assessments.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Active or eligible medical licensure in the State of Florida.
• Experience or strong interest in Functional Medicine, Integrative Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine or Wellness Medicine.
• Experience with hormone replacement therapy, medical weight management, peptide therapies and preventative medicine preferred.
• Strong patient education and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to personalized, patient-centered care.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in program development, innovation and practice growth.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and inspire patients to achieve long-term health goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a premier Functional Wellness program within an established aesthetic and wellness practice.
• Provide evidence-based care including hormone optimization, longevity medicine, peptide therapies, metabolic health assessments, and preventative medicine.
• Build lasting patient relationships and deliver comprehensive wellness solutions tailored to individual goals.
• Collaborate with medical and aesthetic professionals to expand services and drive practice growth.
