• Board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon.
• Active, unrestricted Florida medical license.
• Experience or familiarity with medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or med spa services preferred.
• Strong communication skills, sound clinical judgment, and a commitment to patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to fulfill the agreed-upon oversight responsibilities for assigned practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical director oversight for assigned Florida med spa and aesthetic medicine practices.
• Conduct scheduled monthly check-ins with clinics and providers.
• Perform required chart reviews and audits, including a 10% review rate where appropriate and consistent with applicable requirements.
• Provide guidance on clinical protocols, treatment policies, and documentation standards.
• Fulfill agreed-upon clinical consultation and provider availability responsibilities.
• Coordinate with our administrative team to maintain appropriate documentation and ongoing compliance.

The Opportunity

We are expanding our Florida physician network and seeking a board-certified dermatologist or plastic

surgeon to serve as a medical director for select Florida med spa and aesthetic medicine practices.

This is an opportunity to earn meaningful supplemental income through a flexible, part-time professional engagement that can complement an existing clinical practice or other professional commitments, including retirement or a transition toward reduced clinical hours.

With clearly defined responsibilities, predictable monthly compensation, and dedicated administrative

support, physicians can focus on their medical director role without having to manage every operational detail themselves.
