Qualifications

• MD/DO with an active, unrestricted medical license in good standing.
• Board certification in PM&R or rehabilitation medicine.
• Eligible for hospital medical staff privileges.
• Training in rehabilitation medicine: PM&R residency, rehabilitation fellowship, or minimum two years managing inpatient rehabilitation patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

1. MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license and good standing in the state of practice.
2. Board certified and maintaining certification through a nationally recognized specialty board.
3. Eligible for and in good standing with the hospital medical staff.
4. Demonstrated training and experience in rehabilitation medicine through one of the following:
   1. Completion of a PM&R residency;
   2. Completion of a rehabilitation fellowship; or
   3. At least two years of experience managing inpatient rehabilitation patients as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
