Job summary

LifePoint Rehabilitation is seeking a Medical Director for the inpatient rehabilitation unit at Kindred Hospital Sugar Land in Sugar Land, TX. This role blends leadership with active clinical practice to advance a patient-centered rehabilitation program.

You will work with an experienced interdisciplinary team to care for patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic and complex conditions, while partnering with hospital leadership to drive quality and outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation; or qualifying specialty.
• Eligible for unrestricted Texas medical licensure.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to patient-centered rehabilitation care.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Prior leadership or medical directorship experience preferred but not required.
