Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Medical Director (Infectious Disease Physician) for our outpatient clinic in Arlington, TX. This role leads clinical care, ensures quality, and coordinates with a multidisciplinary team.

The position requires board-certified or eligible MD/DO, active medical license, DEA and Furnishing license, and the ability to see 14–18 patients daily with no nights or weekends. Competitive compensation with bonuses and full benefits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active state medical license.
• Active DEA registration and Furnishing license.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient care while meeting productivity targets.
• Oversee patient scheduling to minimize no-shows and maintain productivity.
• Complete same-day or 72-hour documentation and accurate E/M coding.
• Deliver primary care for chronic conditions and acute issues.
• Supervise PAs and NPs and review charts as required.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
