Goshen Health seeks a Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Provider to act as our next Medical Director for Home Care and Hospice. This is a 0.3 FTE role responsible for the direction and coordination of Hospice medical care, developing and upholding medical concepts related to Hospice care, and serving as a consultant and advisor to the Hospice program. The role is primarily administrative, with most direct care provided by Nurse Practitioners employed by the Hospice.
