GSK is seeking a Medical Director for Oncology Clinical Development – GI, based in on-site roles in the UK with potential cross‑border collaboration. The physician will lead medical monitoring, safety oversight, and data interpretation within the clinical programme, partnering with cross‑functional teams to advance GI oncology assets.

This role requires MD with oncology board certification, strong trial experience, and ability to work within regulatory frameworks.

Formación

• MD (or equivalent medical degree) with board certification or eligibility in oncology, haematology, or a related specialty.
• Experience in clinical trial conduct, medical monitoring, safety review, and data interpretation.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and global regulatory frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the physician within the clinical programme team, providing medical expertise across study design, safety oversight, and data interpretation.
• Lead medical monitoring activities for clinical studies, ensuring patient safety and protocol compliance.
• Interpret safety data to inform study-level decisions and regulatory interactions.
• Provide medical input into protocol development, deviation management, and study manuals.
• Engage with investigators and KEEs to support study conduct and external representation.
